Not to nerd things up, but has Johnny's donated catalogs to libraries and archives in your area? I know the state library in Virginia has a BEAUTIFUL collection of old seed catalogs that I love to look through from time to time. It's like a gift for the future!
What a trip down memory lane! These covers bring back the milestones in my market gardening career. The first one I remember is 1990; that gorgeous head of lettuce was an inspiration to me.

ReplyDeleteHey, I remember many of those catalogs! I have 4 favorites: 1979, 1987, 1993, and 2000. If I could only pick one, I'd say 1993.
